1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern any website development, hosting, domain registration, digital marketing or related service provided by Citytask (Way to IT Solution), a freelance web development & digital marketing practice based in Maynaguri, West Bengal, India. By enquiring about, ordering, or paying for a service, you agree to these terms.
2. Services Provided
Citytask provides static website development, dynamic WordPress website development, domain & hosting setup, SSL configuration, digital marketing, local SEO, and social media / Meta ad management, as described on our Services page. The exact scope, deliverables and price for your project are confirmed individually over WhatsApp or call before work begins, not from a fixed public price list.
3. Project Timeline
A standard static website is typically delivered within 3–7 working days, and a dynamic WordPress website within 7–12 working days, from the point all required content (photos, text, logo, business details) is received from you. Delays in providing this content will extend the delivery timeline by the same amount.
4. Pricing & Payment
Projects start from ₹6,999; your exact price is confirmed in writing (WhatsApp or email) before work begins. Payment is accepted via UPI, NEFT/bank transfer, or another method agreed with you directly — Citytask does not process card payments through this website. An advance payment is generally required before work begins, with the balance due before final handover or domain/hosting activation, as agreed in your specific quote. 5. Domain & Hosting
Where domain registration and hosting are included in your package, they are purchased on your behalf through our hosting/registrar accounts and billed to you at renewal. Login access for basic content review is provided; full cPanel/FTP access is not included by default (see our FAQ) but can be arranged for an additional cost, or you may supply your own hosting.
6. Revisions & Scope Changes
A reasonable number of design/content revisions are included during the build phase, as agreed per project. Requests that go beyond the originally agreed scope, or changes requested after final handover, may be quoted and billed separately.
7. Ownership
Once a project is paid for in full, you own the final website content, branding and design as delivered. Citytask may retain the right to showcase completed projects (name, screenshots, live link) in its own Portfolio and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Client Responsibilities
You're responsible for providing accurate business information, and for the legality of any content, images or claims you ask us to publish on your behalf. Citytask is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of client-supplied content.
9. No Guaranteed Results
We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic, bookings, revenue or other business outcomes from any website, SEO or marketing service. We'll tell you plainly what a website can and can't do for your business, and build every site to be easy to hand over and maintain — but results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, and how actively you promote your business.
10. Third-Party Services
Our services may rely on third-party platforms — including domain registrars, hosting providers, WhatsApp/Meta, Google (Search, Maps, Analytics), and payment/bank transfer rails. Citytask is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by these third parties.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Citytask's liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount actually paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost business or lost profit.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts serving Maynaguri, West Bengal.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
